Please read this entirely before submitting to the agency

DS Entertainment is accepting headshots and resumes for new talent representation. We are accepting talent 4 years and older.   * We prefer experienced actors with training, but will review all submissions.

• No walk ins or phone calls. Appointments only.

• New talent must mail or email the Director of the Division,  a photo and resume. We will contact the talent to come in for an interview, if accepted.  If talent are accepted from a different area, we will give you information on signing with the agency and agency protocol.

• We do not return talent submission packages. Do not send original photos. They will not be returned.

• Please include an email address in your submission. You must have computer access.

• We do not accept all submissions.  We review all submissions and if you are accepted you will hear from us within 2 weeks.   Do not call the office to follow up. 

• When sending in a submission, make sure you put the correct postage on the envelope or package. We do not accept "Postage Due" packages, they will be returned by the USPS or disposed.  Do not send packages that have to be signed for.

• All talent must be able to travel to the Nashville, TN area on short notices for auditions, that are required in our area.   We usually limit talent driving distance to a 3-4 hour radius of the Nashville area.  If you are out of the required distance, you may still submit to the agency, and based on your headshot and resume (experience), we will take that into consideration.  If accepted, we will discuss further on self-taping, etc.. 

• Do not call the agency with questions. If you have a question that is not answered on the website, you may  email the Director of the Specific Division you are inquiring about. (ie. Theatrical Division, Commercial/Video Division, Voice Over Division, etc.)

• DS Entertainment is exclusive for the Nashville, TN area, 200 mile radius.  We also offer a "mother agency" agreement to represent talent in the major areas, such as NY and LA.    We can co-op with agencies in different markets, if acceptable by both agency parties.

• Do not submit if you are listed with another agency in the Nashville, TN area, 200 mile radius,  unless you are wanting to change representation.   We do not co-op with regional/local agencies.   We are an exclusive agency in this area.

• Do not call us to check on receipt of submission.

• If you are accepted, we will contact you to come in via email within  2 weeks.

• If you are not called or emailed within 2 weeks of submitting, you may submit again in 3 months.

We will review your VO submission and get back with you within 2 weeks, if accepted.  We will email you the agency VO Agreement to sign.

 If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, you may re-submit in 3 months.
